An intelligent species would not become complacent re Ebola or any other regimen,including the measles outbreak,where people are quarantined for 3 weeks.
Just a few months ago some articles were predicting a million ebola cases by Jan,and along w the flu and other baddies has been known to mutate.
''The Ebola outbreak has already sickened more than 22,000 people and has killed more than 8,800, according to the World Health Organization. It is possible that the outbreak could worsen again, as it did at least once before when experts thought it was ebbing.''
