Spade, yes for the most part the yield sign is a negative ,but it is also a sign of transition/ change. As I mentioned earlier, it could have to do with an SEC filing. Considering there are no report filings due right now by FITX, (At least none that I am aware of) It leaves the door open for a change of some kind. Yes it could be something negative, but it could also be something positive. A few possible scenarios...
- since there fins are not audited, and attorney letter is due within 120 of fiscal year end, which is now. They may not have filed the attorney letter. It could be as simple as that.
- it could also have to do with a recent filing with the SEC. This could involve spinoff activities.
