if the founder had gone the IPO route after VC funding
and the requisite road shows done to entice institutional investors
to say nothing of well connected big boy brokerage firms ..
zero doubts P2O's stock would have been priced in the 25.00 range
by the underwriters in 2016 re: an IPO debut
this is a disruptive tech within an emerging sector
and it will be measured in the BILLIONS
the successful early adopter does create generational wealth for those who know
how the *street* plays the game
currently >> that is P2O's spot to lose .. they may not retain it .. but right now
they are the only contenders
which is why i use *how handled* regarding >> referencing the *stock*
mgmt has to have both *timing* and execution that is understandable to investors
they also have to *PROMOTE* and not by SMB posts .. rather
brokerage investor days .. and Global conferences .. and financial news sites
but this year of transition as i call it .. isn't when that Promotion will happen
that will only come imo after BoD is seated and current Ceo steps aside for
what i believe will be sourced by the BoD .. a street savvy mgmt team
a mgmt team whose job it will be to PROMOTE P2O .. and uplist
realize too that every level of the PPS will mean something different
i know from my own history .. sub 5.00 stox hold little appeal for most
brokerages .. (it's changed in some places after the debacle of 2008)
but many charters don't allow buys of sub 5.00 stox regardless of where *traded*
and while no one has to believe that P2O had a 1Million abusive short in Dec 2009
or that i believe it's morphed to 7 to 8 x that .. today .. (5+ years later)
it will also never be covered in total .. as it stands currently it can't be
that said
it won't take much to see the partially laddered cover get underway once
the BoD is seated
of course if path pursued is buyout >> i have no doubts some votes will go for
a pricetag of X >> imo 2.50 to 5.00
but clearly some would grab 1.00 if offered and never look back
until of course it is 3 to 5 years post uplist .. if those who *buy* go the cycle
and the successful early adopter within this now past emerging sector is $300.00 PPS
