There will be a rush on shares when the certs are completed. I don't think I need to perform an opinion on that with what we have in play at the moment. Nevertheless, everything is opinion until we get that news. I think, for all of us; we had no idea that certs would take this long. Then again, the company is very close to getting it all done. 2013 can certainly be a whopping good year for us all.
