"They sell ASTM spec number 2 fuel oil and naphtha

First of all you need to be careful with your facts--Mr. Bordynuik had PTOI pay his uncle for Robbins Feed and Fuel and those operations were rolled into the P2O division. So of course PTOI sells fuel meeting ASTM specs--buying fuel wholesale and selling fuel retail was part of Robbins Feed and Fuel's business. However PTOI makes no attempt to break out those numbers for better clarity of what types of plastic-derived fuel were sold.
Second even if PTOI did turn plastic into #2 fuel oil, they list expensive plastic as the feedstock. Are you assuming that just because PTOI didn't say the markers weren't able to be converted into salable fuel that therefore it means that they were converted into salable fuel?? PTOI has an extensive history of withholding any negative facts. If you know that those markers from Crayola were turned into salable #2 fuel by PTOI's pyrolysis process then you have information which nobody else has.
