The biggest problem I see with them using the word "scam" is it may deter future investors. Those looking up NTEK may very well see that stock message board since it ranks will in Google and other search engines. I am very sure that board does have an effect on our PPS because of the search rankings.
I tried a while back to inform Google about the illegal activity going on from that site. No luck, my email didn't get into the right hands. If Google knows there is a dirty site out there I'd imagine they'd drop it from their rankings. Anyone here please feel free to give it a shot.
