Well, just my opinion, which means diddly squat...

First off, I don't believe PTO is a scam. I'm too close on a couple levels, primarily proximity, to believe that. Again jmo. I also am not in the NSS camp either. Don't really understand it enough to place my faith or my money into that.
Do bashers and pumpers exist?...yeah probably. Are some actually paid? Maybe. But in this day and age with technology virtually tracking every breath we take, not so sure I believe that either.
What I do believe is that PTO does have a machine that is viable and can be profitable in some matter to,the right buyer. The days of recycling all waste plastic are long gone. The fact is, that's not possible. So, IMO, the holy grail is off the table.
Which is why the price tag for a processor has plummeted from an expected 8 to 10 million to 2.5mil
Now a,potential buyer that has sufficient viable plastic waste on site may be able to make a processor viable. On site feedstock eliminates costs of transport, tipping.... So that could be viable over time. The time to recoup a buyers investment would obviously vary depending on the availability of feedstock and the quantity on site. These same variables are what restrained PTO from being a viable company for making fuel in NF. Jmho.
As far as Bordynuik being a crook....nah. But I do believe decisions were made that were poor, in desperation for the company to succeed. And I definitely believe that the payroll for a couple of years was filled with waste. But Heddle,to his credit, put the axe to much of that. On that note, while Heddle probably saved the company from becoming extinct, I don't think he has what it takes to run a public company. Most from the private sector, who are entrepreneurs, despise the fact that they have to give up some control to a BOD. Self made millionaires tend to be egomaniacs. And I fully believe Heddle fits that bill. Which is why, IMO, IF PTOI is successful, and it's a BIG IF, IMO, I think the company will be sold.
All is just my honest opinion.
Pardon the lousy grammar....it's late.
