I agree NO PnD's allowed on my board!
Ya it is especially rough for people who already have their full amount in NTEK!
I think that many people with money could have picked up shares at .025 or .026 and .027 to average down and then ended up seeing green if they
I do think the .025 and .026 and around there will see a big percentage jump!
bought enough to lower their average significantly!
