I don't think that's true. I'm not stuck the stock

I don't think that's true. I'm not stuck the stock and once again, take it or leave it, but the point is in preventing it from happening again if you can. If my words are faulty, show me where, but let's just stay on point. Somewhere along the line, you may want to sell this to someone who sees some upside value. Your CEO is trapping you so only he captures any value, he has the PR weapons, sets policy, does the diluting.
Another way to look at it: had I told you in advance that the company has a gagged TA and they will dilute (my experience says so), but I told it to you as fact. Would you have invested here?
Something tells me the honest answer is no. Some here may feel relieved like you have a clean slate and hope. That TA situation doesn't get resolved ml has 6.6mm shares+ of downward pressure and when he pumps the stock you can bet he'll be dumping, so where is your upside or exit (if you wanted one)?
Like I said, I hope I am wrong-- start pumping!!
