what i find interesting about the most recent *switch* re: the stock (PTOI)
is literally one who watches/observes could notice the change last Friday
(i posted *there* @ 2:11PM that if they couldn't *break/reset* 52 week low
this week >> they had no ammo left)
again *their issue with me* is my documentation and my memory
what this last 6 trading days reminds me of is March 2011
trolls always want to point out about the *orchestration* of Dec 2009
but it was *minor* volume wise (entire month and this is from memory
so i may be off a smidge >> was 2.5M in volume .. but only mere days
was PTOI above 7 ..)
in contrast >> back in March 2011 >> i watched with bemusement
as there was *no volume to speak of* >> PPS was tightly held @
approx 70 to 80c (again from memory) >> but reg sho >> blew up
and OUT in a big way .. now March 2011 would turn out to be the
2nd lowest *volume* month for PTOI for 2011 ..
and then we had April 2011 .. and that was to this day the record
setting *volume* on PTOI >> 8M+
stock was *orchestrated UP* >> big time and someone/s made
major $ .. in the *set up* to the summer of 2011
that was when i first noted (approx) their (what i call trigger point)
of approx 1.50 to 1.65
a *reality* that was proved out in another *orchestration* >> that
was halted @ 1.49 (Jan 2013) >> again mere days b4 the then
non stop >> unrelenting compression of PTOI via resets >> that
has lasted up until last Friday ..
now for those who've asked >> what i'm seeing them *show* via l2
is what appears to be 3 price points they are trying to *CONtroll*
the first is just below 20c
the second is just below 30c
and the third is just below 35c
as many longs that i interact with know
they have 3 choices >> scrounge and pay for that scrounging (cert accessed)
to reset the 52 week >> that costs them money and they know damn well
there are legit bids >> in place (reminder they show what they want .. when they want)
stall the PPS >> say in the 6c to 18c PPS range >> and try to *raid* in 2 months
when the K is filed by the CFO .. risk run there with blown out reg sho %s
is even those who don't *understand* .. will see a pattern emerge .. and to be
clear >> P2O's mgmt may well have another surprise in store for their investors
(sort of like that RT l2 we now have as of Monday)
or *run* PTOI >> now the dilemma they face with this choice .. is only traders will flip shares ..
something imo rather scarce on PTOI ..
i've said for years that *true* volume on PTOI is probably in a range from 20k to 40k (and 40k would be a heavy day)
that comes from having *INVESTORS*
the only way they get investors to sell is to *RUN* the stock high enough to entice
their problem with that >> is there are multiple crews that work the vehicle of choice for OTC stock manipulation
said *crews* won't hesitate to enter PTOI if they sniff out a planned RUN
what happens with legit buying besides *colluding entities* having to mark a high reg sho %?
it means they have to *expend* far more shares to CONtroll *outcome*
so unless they are willing to RUN PTOI to 1.25 or 1.50 .. they won't entice *many*
and the only way this works for them is if they see enough *GTCs* to make it worth their while
like i've noted many times .. colluding entities are in a dilemma of their own making
slow and steady (cliche tho' it may be) imo holds true ..
as i noted elsewhere previously ..
i'll take low to no volume .. with an increasing (slowly) PPS .. and high reg sho %s
since i've been of the belief (9.30.13) when RH infused Millions into P2O
he wouldn't have if the flagship didn't first *work* and second have interested *buyers* (as in plural)
that the co (P2O) would survive .. i've literally divorced myself from the stock price
and i realize this isn't easily done by every P2O investor .. but along with the
breadcrumbs mgmt filed in 2014 >> (CFO/Fins/Pacer Updates) and the 5 and
10 year NYSDEC permits issued .. i *honestly* felt that the stars were in alignment
for P2O investors for the first time in many years
i'll take P2O's survival and my share count vote goes for BoD seated by RH and uplisting
but i will respect any P2O investor who votes for a buyout (if/when on offer by mgmt)
imo 2015 is very much a transitional year for P2O
