The counsel members win. They got to make the residents happy, knowing full well that ESSEX would overturn their shit. I absolutely love that we are finally recognized in the correct forum with respect to our facility......but, I truly hate that those ass holes got away with all the damage they have done. CONGRATS to all of us. This is a HUGE win. Thank you avboy for sharing the good news. GLTA
