Poemstone VTIFF is on the pinks, however you will notice that application onto the OTCQB is in process and once completed Valdor will be a fully reporting in the USA.

Valdor Makes Submission to SEC for Listing on US OTCQB
They are fully reporting in Canada trades under VTI.V
I expect more developments in 2015 from Valdor.
