Another prospective :
I never thought about this angle before but
what if GM's ultimate reason as to why things
are still delayed is solely because he wants
another company to offer him a buyout?
What if it isn't to run this company at all but to sell
something already to go to someone who
wants to operate it instead?
Just take more time to set it up to
ensure that it is professionally set up right
so that it is just a "turn key and go" operation?
Someone looks at it, sees the tremendous
potential and makes an offer and BOOM!
Just like that they're in business.
I'm probably way off here but it's only
just another theory to throw around.
