i'm one who finds lessons learned worth noting
my first encounter with many *trolls* was in 2007
why i came to their attn i'll never know >> but i did
in 2007 i took my proceeds from Force Protection
(FRPT) and entered a totally legit fully filing OTC co.
out of Utah .. what i didn't know then was that *shells*
were littered with FTDS (failures to deliver) and that
*shell sellers* for the most part are crooks who take
shares paid to them and *loan them off shore* to be
*utilized* >> almost always initial cycle of money that
then CONverts to a KILL order re: short the pps sub cellar
they make money all ways .. it would take the total
destruction of that legit OTC BB co. in 2009 .. and the knowledge
that *investors* held a huge chunk of shares and didn't
sell >> let alone trade .. for my curiosity to be piqued and me
to get 2 sources of RT l2 <cost was over $200.00 per mo
for 14 months> and to just *observe* >>what i know is the key
intra day trades ..
it was also my first experience with a well known brokerage firm
loaning out said targeted OTC BB's shares .. from a cash account
something they say they don't do .. but i know for a fact they did
this is why i started using the phrase >> they all collude
because courtesy of the DOLTS >> the OTC is both poorly watched and heavily manipulated
(there is no RT transparency >> the closest that came to it was daily
reg sho which FINRA implemented *live* in Feb 2010 and which that
site wouldn't even allow me to post about *for months* on a targeted
OTC stock .. *deemed* OT by another serial interchangeable crew
member who worked >> by my *documentation* >> over 11 companies
from 2006 to 2009 >> they turned the hook of the worm by 2010
could be due to NN's *issues* >> first noted by 'da street in the Fall of 2009
when their then ticker NITE was literally cut in half from 24.00 to 12.00
add PENSON to the mix .. which i called in advance (part of my 2 down/2 to go mantra)
and the *rumors* of a few others (brokerage firms) and certain hedge funds
and well .. it could be beyond revealing in due course what comes to pass
again they can trot out that 99% stat because they almost always CONtroll
the outcome
amazing how that works
if nothing else .. suspect many P2O investors .. realize very little is as it seems *there*
