$MHTX - part of DD and information

The newer information to be posted as well. I like that they have big time investors and some Institutional ownership!

Please take a look at MHTX. It has 2 divisions, one which is earning over $600 K per year from CRS. This money is paid to them under contract of a manufacturing license fee for the making of Nanotitanium metals. CRS is about to start the sale of this new type of metal, MithralMax, this year. In that contract they are suppose to pay MHTX a minimum of 9 million dollars between the years 2015 and 2017 and are supposed to get a share of revenue under a guaranteed contract with them. CRS has been fine tuning this metal for the last 5 years, with the over 600K payment to MHTX each year. At the time they signed the deal with MHTX, they stated that Nanotitanium metal would produce over 80K in revenue within the first year of production alone. This metal is a lot lighter than standard titanium and many times stronger. The medical implications are a lot better. Human tissue bonds to it over ten times faster than standard titanium as well. Here is an old Youtube sight on this metal...

The second division is about to break the detection of cancer medical world wide open. They have developed a non-radioactive technique that can detect cancer a million times better than current MRI's or Cat Scans are capable of doing at this time. Currently it takes from 30 to 50 million cancer cells before detection is found. Their current MRX II is capable of 30 to 50 cancer cells for detection of them. This cancer detector works on any type of cancer. They are having the animal cancer detector, MRX II, currently being evaluated by M D Anderson, largest cancer research center in the world, at this moment. At the same time they just started with designing a human MRX II machine, before even getting the approval of the FDA, they are so confident on it.

Do a little research and you will have found out that a Mr. Mason, amongst the top 3 all time most successful stock brokers in the world, loaned them money for the perfection of this machine with the rights to purchase a total of 10% of their overall stocks someday.
