I had a feeling the OTC call of going to .067 would come up and I agree with you totally about what you said. There is no way anyone could've predicted the share price going to anywhere near .067 without some sort of knowledge not knowing if a license would be granted or that Lakeshore would put a little wrinkle into the zoning regullations.
All this bull the technicals and moving average doesn't hold water in pennyland and it's more about manipulation, that's my feeling and what I've observed through the years.
This isn't a low risk stock by any means, high risk high loss/reward ratio is more like it.
