There's no doubt td (David Hallin) pumped up Treaty and dumped his shares after the Belize oil announcement. Then shortly after (and probably shorting the stock) went on a 24/7 bashing of Treaty. He became part of the failed bankruptcy petition and admittedly squealed to the SEC with mostly false charges. It shouldn't be hard for the SEC to put this all together with the help the longs here have given by emailing and calling JessicaMagee, mageej@SEC.gov, 817-978-6465.
