This article quoting john g and claiming bill used

This article quoting john g and claiming bill used a fake name is really weird..first if true i feel that is wrong by bill in a way because he is giving countless reasons for these people to keep attacking.... If not true and john germinarios statement did not come from his own mouth then how the hell is this allowed ? I mean should there be somewhat of a penalty to the author/newspaper for allowing this to continue
