I disagree SIO, it's very illogical. A loop hole in the "quiet period" used only to break the "rules of the silent period" when it suits management? Wasn't the unofficial quiet period engaged as a way to show FITX was and will comply with SEC rules and regulations? How is it logical to then break the rules?
