I emailed him six days ago. He usually responds to my questions, which are fairly vanilla within a couple of days. He cut me off on the last two when previously we had a fairly tame, but decent dialogue going. Don't know the change of heart, but if they aren't going to respond, perhaps they should take the disclaimer down to leave a message at their site and they'll be sure to respond in 24 hours. Not quite an accurate statement. I'll continue to remain patient, but it does get tested with some of these small inconsistencies which are killer in the OTC and allows the bottom-feeders food for fodder. GRCU doesn't get that.
