Sadly that Is how it works in the otc market. they like to get in lower when they now
a big announcement or something is about to take place and take off!
NTEK is just too undervalued!
They could be sitting on info waiting to be finalized and agreed to be able to be released publicly and then wow going up.
4k is a NEW HUGE THING
and a 20 Million market cap what a joke!
