Here's the problem with nepotism. When a relative

Let me say that I am sure Jeff is a perfectly nice guy, and the reality is, I am one hundred percent sure I couldn't do his job either, but I'm not employed as a CEO, and my company hasn't been taking a nose-dive with its PPS over the past year. There is absolutely no reason that Jeff should be in charge of this company considering what has happened to it under his control. If NTEK was a Berkshire company, I guarantee Jeff would be updating his resume. I used to work for a BH company, and the CEO didn't meet expected profits and made a couple of bad business decisions, and he was gone. I don't want Jeff to be unemployed though. Maybe he can do something else for NTEK or HVEL. I don't care where. Just get him out of that chair.
