- Further develop Sales & Distribution channels
- Eliminate all convertible debt
- Acquire assets from related companies
- Retain an auditing firm
- Review additional Board of Director candidates
- Launch an increased funding initiative for growth projects
- Initiate a pilot research program with a NY based university
