I'm not saying they're not showing the Trudef technology!!.
They most likely are!!.
What am saying is, releasing any information before any settlement or court case concludes could be more damaging for TMMI at this stage!!.
It could also benefit the defendants and even more so Larry
Panik with leverage for a better settlement!!.
And most major players like Raytheon wouldn't want any announcement until things do wrap up or at least won't let their, already, millions of shareholders know about TMMI TRUDEF before they release any mention of a contract on their message board!!.
I might be wrong but, that makes sense to me at this level of the game with the court case!!.
Once that announcement is made by Raytheon, if they decide to go with the Trudef technology, all bets are off to the races.
The TMMI shares will sell very, very quickly!!.
Moving the price of the stock quite rapidly!!.
TMMI TRUDEF moves onward and upward Worldwide!!.
