re the 4 plus million Geo claims they paid to CWRN in fiscal yr 2012 i dont know when Geos fiscal year ends offhand but Geo was barred from the mine after the 2nd ship departed Aug 7-8,2011 and CWRN in its complaint says Geo withheld and commingled millions-which were necessary to keep the ships rolling-
