yea..drake is just a fly in the ointment,
grdo and parker is not a merger it is a buy out,grdo will eventually own 100%.
we will then possibly merge with other interests.but we will own parker and all revenues will be ours. taking a bit longer than i thought but things (opportunities) present themselves and you don't want to be too hasty and leave future options on the table..not to mention increased PPS valuation!
