Truths:
They have to fix the fuel distro issue. (1 day-week. Not a big deal)
They have to re schedule with FAA
They have to prove it's in satisfactory condition.
They have to retest and hopefully pass.
The speed that anything gets done with BLTA and the FAA we have to expect it to take some time. My eta is 2 months til certification.
This is basic knowledge based on the last time we didn't satisfy the requirements.
Get off your high horse. I'm not bashing anything. Or even being negative at all. Other than failing an inspection can be seen as negative.
