Real Estate Crowdfunding Conference: The New Reality in Realty

Dallas, Texas, Jan. 23, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The 2-day Real Estate Crowdfunding Conference will gather real estate crowdfunding firms, investors, investment fund managers, entrepreneurs, thought leaders, industry professionals, academia, and media during the Real Estate Investors Expo (REI Expo) at the Hilton Anatole, 2201 North Stemmons Freeway in Dallas, Texas. Online funding trends, investment and financing strategies, regulatory environment, and financial efficiency in the real estate sector are some of the topics to be discussed.

David Drake , Founder and Chairman of Victoria Global , LDJ Capital and The Soho Loft Media Group , says, "With the accelerated growth in the real estate sector, crowdfunding provides developers with an alternative way of raising funds. Even investors with small capital can now invest in real estate projects."

The two-day conference agenda offers a combination of panel discussions, educational sessions and networking breaks. On the first day, attendees can expect to engage in discussions on "Real Estate Crowdfunding as a New Asset Class", "Institutional and Crowd Investors for Real Estate", "Strategies for the New Online Realty Capital Financing", and "The Two Faces of Real Estate Crowdfunding". Participants will participate also in workshops on "Building a Real Estate Crowdfunding Platform".

Discussions scheduled for day two of the conference include "Reshaping the Future of Finance and Real Estate", "A New Ecosystem: Innovations in Investor Communities", and "New Markets: Cultural Shifts and Economic Trends". Participants will also participate on a workshop on "Launching a Successful Real Estate Crowdfunding Project" that will feature compliance guidelines and case studies.
