That refers to "Just In Time" delivery for those not in the business of manufacturing. Anotherwards they wait until they are down to minimum quantities before ordering more product. Seems to be failing them because they should always be in supply of all products they place on their website. In addition they need to update the website with "Out Of Stock" messages.
