it's reasonable to assume active shorts got caught-up in the typically ps expectation. i think they were convinced ntek would up the a/s. blow out the o/s. then r/s the stock like most every other ps
ntek found an elegant solution. why i am buying this bottom. putting gaming-labs patents. assets. business in hvel was wise. hvel can be uplisted. hvel shares can be used as a funding source and shareholders of hvel actually get a business. hope. something to sink their teeth into
ntek gets revenues from gaming-labs
gaming-labs licensing (esp for vegas) application will have more legitimacy after ntek registers those shares. with a quick audit, hvel gets uplisted

2015 will see some revenues out of gaming-labs
maybe even royalty deals get done
2015 brings scalable ultraflix revenues
ads are showing and growing
