just cuz big did a private placement, that doesn't mean
1 he has inside info
2 wont act like he does
3 he has anything further to do with ntek
with foley's legal troubles don't think for a sec foley is going to jeapordize his freedom. his family. to give some idiot inside info. look at big's posting history. how many times has he made pr, news, and upcoming claims that fell flat?
people get facts confused
anyone can do a private placement. done all the time in the otc. its a hefty risk. but it can work when you like a company. management. products. direction. want a significant position at a discount (who doesn't?). problem is you have to part with your cash immediately. wait over 1yr (and with penny stocks, you don't know where the pps will be in a year). hello risk
big admits to frontloading stocks. "payment" for his research i heard him call it (before recent disclosures). he has never said he got promotional shares from ntek. and ntek has maintained shares he's acquired have been from private placements

anyway. anyone long this stock better start learning distinctions. how
to do appropriate research and whatnot. otherwise you'll get fleeced in the highly manipulative otc market
i have said this a bazzillion times. trust no one. do your own research. i don't have a problem with anyone. but, you should. everyone in the otc is acting (rightfully) out of self-interest
