The preliminary figures published today by the secunet Group for the financial year 2014 indicate a record year. The company achieved revenues of 82.2 million Euros, an increase of 29% compared to the previous year (63.9 million Euros). The earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) reached a figure of 6.6 million Euros, exceeding the previous year's figure (3.7 million Euros) by 79%. As in previous years, in 2014 the fourth quarter was again key to the strong result: In the fourth quarter of 2014 secunet achieved revenues of 34 million Euros (previous year 22.6 million Euros) and EBIT of 6.2 million Euros (previous year 3.8 million Euros). The outstanding profitability is due to the high proportion of the product business and good utilisation of employee capacity at the end of the year.
