Ramirent will renew its management structure as of 23 January 2015. Target of the reorganisation is to strengthen Ramirent's capability to execute the company's strategy and increase synergies through a more integrated management structure. In the new structure, Ramirent’s operating segments are organised under two market areas Scandinavia and North Central Europe. The changes do not affect Ramirent’s financial reporting structure. Ramirent will continue to report financial results by operating segments Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Europe East and Europe Central. “With the new management structure, we can accelerate the execution of the group strategy and we also see that we can find better synergies between the businesses,” says Magnus Rosén, President and CEO of Ramirent. The main changes are as follows: - President and CEO Magnus Rosén will also head the Scandinavia market area which covers the operating segments Sweden, Denmark and Norway. - Anna Hyvönen, currently heading Finland and Baltic, is appointed Executive Vice President, North Central Europe which covers the operating segments Finland, Europe East and Europe Central.
Other Executive Management Team (EMT) members are Jonas Söderkvist, Chief Financial Officer and EVP, Corporate Functions and Dino Leistenschneider, EVP, Sourcing and Fleet Management.
