Could be Bodie. Whoever it is has caused great damage to the company and shareholders with deliberately trying to deflate the pps.. The lower pps caused the company to issue more shares for its capital needs than if the pps was higher.
I have no doubt that Marani Brands will survive this attack and be successful, but certainly with a less attractive share structure as a result of the miscreants activities. I personally am turning my attention to these individuals as I have a business associate who owns an intelligence agengy. My intention is to find out who they are, and who they work for. The SEC does not have the time or man power to investigate these situations, but if we can give them, and Marani Brands, all the information that we gather, then I'm sure they will go after them and they will pay dearly for what they have done to Marani Brands and its shareholders. Right now we are concentrating and the division of a financial group in Houston, Texas... We shall see.
