One thing for sure, they did a good job trash talking the pps down, thereby forcing the company to issue more shares then I'm sure they would have liked too with respect to raising capital. That has severely hurt the company and long shareholders. The SEC really needs to crack down on these defamation practices, and give steep fines/jail time to individuals participating in such practices. I wish they would publically identity each one of them, once convicted, and the companies that they preformed there devious activities. Them having to look over their shoulders for the rest of their life would be a fitting additional punishment.
