wow. i actually feel dumber for having read some o
Post# of 4205
1. ta was bought out. ntek gagged no one
- a phone call clears that right up. i see no one here made it or you would have first-hand information
2. a "gag" is when a company prevents the ta for providing share structure info (and/or, imo, when they hire a ta that won't provide the ss)
- ntek has done neither
3. ntek is otc "current info" means
a. they do not have to report to the sec
b. they have reporting requirements to retain that tier
- for heaven's sake do some f'g research people. stop relying on message boards. these are 2 totally diff things
3. the fact that they choose to report actually means they're culpable for what they say
- you don't get to just "say whatever you want"
- they expose themselves to liability by putting out corporate information
4. some regular self-proclaimed bashing ntek longs seem to post here. not one product among you?
- ultraflix content added on the regular
- new ads popping up
- you'd see that if anyone bothered to invest in the product. technology. see what the company actaully produces
- pathetic
(in case you don't know the difference. these are not pumps. these are facts. unlike the crap i see posted here)
5. big has no affiliation with ntek. has no insider info. talks out of his ass (the ta situation on his mb is exhibit a). it's illegal to trade on insider info
- with the legal circumstances of mr. foley you think ntek would do this?
- i think mr. foley values his family and freedom more than trying to make big money by engaging in illegal activities
- because of foley's circumstance, ntek is not going to take risks like this
wake the hell up
6. ntek doesn't pay promoters. private placements are a way for people with money to buy large blocks of shares and invest in companies in a manner that helps both
(consequently ntek can't stop someone from "promoting their position" and can't prevent "freedom of speech". including those who take this pot-shot claim on ntek of collusion. involvement. et. al.)
- anyone with money can approach any otc stock. including ntek. and request a private placement (it is done all the time)
- it is a common practice in the otc where companies seek funding
- it is also very shareholder friendly
(other types of dilutive, toxic financing, have terrible terms for these otc stocks. companies and shareholders)
(investor typically gets a 50% share price discount-to-market. in exchange for their cash now. then they have to wait a min of 1yr before they can even begin the application to remove the restrictive legends)
- there are huge risks. no one can predict where the market for highly manipulated penny stocks might be in over a year (and probably a month more by the time application for legend removal is filed. shares are cleared. 2 - 4 weeks turnaround seems fair)
- also, just cuz shares come off restriction (and are now accounted for in the float) does not mean they've hit the market (just that they are theoretically eligible)
- repeat. getting insider information and trading on it is illegal. there are numerous examples of BIG taking advantage of peoples misconceptions about their relationship. although one could argue how that may reflect, or be pinned on ntek, it has nothing to do with them (ntek can't control that)
it's like the blind leading the blind in here
mostly i hear false basher sentiments echoing in from other boards. seriously if some of you people are actually long, you should start qualifying the things you say. apparently other people actually take you on your word
(i get more posts copied to me from this board from shareholders asking me questions about your bullcrap conspiracy theories. half-baked analysis. and poor dd than everything else from moderating other boards)
again. i am not paid to moderate. non-stock boards can say whatever they like. tick boards have rules. everyone is welcome to post on ntek. just leave the bashing behind. no one wants to read personal sob stories and venting. the message boards are for stock-based discussions. news. analysis. et. al. and i won't have people looking to bash the stock (per investor hangout rules - not mine)
your welcome
