It seems there is some market reaction of something big. The 8k says (my words here)
'ok Thomas, since we have augmented our approach to cancer treatment, entering a billion dollar market, and the positive outlook for RGBP is taking shape, lets rewrite the outdated deal we had before RGBP dividend was even an idea. I can not imagine another scene, than the just mentioned, at play with that 8k. Also the market is reacting heavily to something. and with over 100mil volume, and no HEAVY spike in share price in either direction (even though .0004 was hard to see) I'll bet we do get news of some sort soon.
