Read the S 1 Its all there in Black and White! On June 30, 2014, the Company consummated a private placement of securities pursuant to which we issued 2,400 shares of our common stock.
* The Selling Stock Holders Obtained their Shares in a PRIVATE PLACEMENT!! * Know what a Private placement is ?? Shares were Purchased VIA Private Placement at .10 a Shares!! 8.6 Million shares Sold at .10 Minus fees comes to just under $ 850,000.
CANWEALTH HAS THE MONEY!! Stock Holders OWN THE SHARES AT .10 !! PERIOD END OF STORY!
.The selling stockholders named in this prospectus may offer and sell up to 8,602,000 shares of our common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, held by them. The shares being sold by the selling stockholders were issued to them in private placement transactions which were exempt from the registration and prospectus delivery requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended.
