georgie18, I could not have said it better myself. It's exactly what I mean by "shut up, put up, and then speak" only you put it in a bit more detail. In addition to this is if they do open their mouths prematurely with a promise then as you said; explain why it wasn't delivered per the original date versus keeping shareholders hanging. I also agree .25/share is achievable if Dr. Jones sticks to this basic communication rule during 2015 and beyond. Proper scheduling and communication and bingo! No fluff, just action and delivery.
