My take on this dividend is they were coming up on the annual so they knew it had to contain real numbers. They knew revenues would drop from 5 million to 1 million, so to keep interest in the stock, they took a hundred grand from stock sales revenue, the only revenue at the time, no other revenue, and issued a divy to generate more interest.
Not all that is accurate, im just trying to figure why they would take revenue from stock sales, (that part i believe is accurate).
