On January 21, 2015, Plastic2Oil, Inc. issued a letter to stockholders from Richard Heddle, its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, which provided an update on certain operational and financial matters. A copy of the letter is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated by reference herein.
