Why would everyone, everywhere, including you, be receiving instructions not to speak of this? Who would have the power to enforce such an absurd instruction?

Or is this just another ill-conceived conspiracy theory, put forth as a rather unsophisticated attempt to cover the obvious fact that there is no name to be spoken of?
