There are assumptions in your post that are based on any noticeable facts. Signatures that are legally binding? Are you suggesting duress, undue influence of fraud? If you are, there are no facts to establish those enforceability issues. Secondly, Congress and Keystone seem to be hinging on the the ball mill being built. As I understand it, that mill should be in operation very soon. Remember, that mill will be placed on a 2400 sq ft slab. That is a big area, and it is understandable it can take some time getting set up. Lastly, this speculation of Ghana being a fantasy is well imo a fantasy all to itself. There are photoes that have been posted that substantiate the claim of joel being in the country. There have been uploaded contracts, and documents relating to the operation in Ghana. I will say this again, if people are so inclined to label this as a scam, call the SEC. 10b-5 violations are taken very seriously, if the evidence points to such violations. Things take time, yes, you shouldn't give dates and miss them, but missing dates is not a presumption of fraud, or a scam. Unless there is substantial evidence to your claims of illegality with the terms of the contract, I will take your post as pure speculation.
