Yes actually the proxy will indicate what matters/concerns we as shareholders vote on and am expecting the proxy by the 27th of January latest.... also looking forward to that amazing shareholder meeting... I say amazing, actually extraordinary, since have never heard of a 'penny' security having a proxy/meeting; usually for my blue chips to do that!

Greetings everyone! Everything is on schedule with KMA's planned shareholder meeting date of February 27th, 2015. We have narrowed the location of our meeting down to States in the upper North-East portion of the US, but more than likely it will be held in the New York / Tri-State area due to the geographical location of our largest shareholder base and also due to the ease of access for KMA's attorneys and auditors to attend the meeting. Final logistics for the February 27th meeting will be announced in next weeks Friday update.
This is an exciting time for management and KMA's shareholders alike. We are looking forward to meeting the faces behind the emails, text messages and phone calls as well as answering questions investors may have that will help clarify KMA Global's business plans.
