Located in the heart of Buckhead at The St. Regis Atlanta, Atlas will offer this unique and treasured visual experience for diners when they visit the soon-to-be-opened restaurant on January 26. Green lacquered walls provide the backdrop for the art, which can be viewed from every vantage point.

With a focus on curating fresh ingredients from local farms, consulting chef Gerry Klaskala and chef de cuisine Christopher Grossman, formerly of The French Laundry, have crafted a daily-changing menu that includes potato-leek clam chowder, ginger-marinated black bass, braised leg of Alabama rabbit, and oat crusted Blue Ridge trout.
