Tonto4- In any business who do you think is more knowlegable you or your customer. You need to listen to your shareholders and customers. they are right in front of your product. They can tell you what is right and wrong with you product or plan not the guy sitting behind the desk and make the phone calls. I have been to several stores from BB to sonys. The sales persons never heard of UF so I had to explain what UF is. i am a shareholders i see the problem here. The mgt can put their head into the sand or look into their plan. But at the end PPS speaks very loud. That is my yard stick for any company
