Well, there will very likely be no audits come February.
Big posted on his site last year they would be here, and he owns 28 million unrestricted shares and 23 million restricted.

So he most likely knows when audits are coming. And likely they won't be here till September 30 because fy will end June.

So everyone with millions of shares who knew audits wouldn't be here as promised for fy 14, including turd puffers who wrote several posts on their board and came here calling me "not too bright " for thinking it had passed, (who btw deleted all those posts when they realized they were not too bright for posting them), can do shorts because they know with every non delivered promise, the pps continues down.

So, pps is actually THE PRIORITY! The priority is making sure it continues down for TWO reasons.

They make money shorting it because they knew from December 2013 till September 2015 that pps would drop from however high they managed to pump it to, to however low they could drive it to in that 18 months.

The second reason, they can force shares out of a lot of people's hands who can't hold that long and buy them for a penny. There are people on other boards, some run some of them and message groups, who know big people that have lots of shares and they attack people who've figured this scam out and also try to prevent this point of view from being told. They say we're hurting our pps.

But we don't control it!
Ntek does!
THEY are the source for all the press releases that don't come true!
THOSE are what drives pps down!
People see! Ntek not doing what they say!
No one reads my posts and sells! Unless they watch and and see for themselves. Facts are what people should trade on, not emotion coming from believing nteks press releases. (If their pr's don't come true, they're not factual, therefore, they must be designed to create emotion. See how that works when applied correctly, for any turd puffers)

If ntek delivers the rest of the 50 movies promised in December,
People might start to believe them!

If ntek delivers the 200 more movies promised for January,
People might start to believe them!

If ntek delivers 10 movies a week as davy tweeted, starting only god knows when,
People might start to believe them!

If ntek delivers audits for fy or calendar year 2014 as turd puffers thought so highly of they posted on their board, and bashed me here, only to delete those posts when they realized that the time had passed, to help cover it up unethically, in their own way,
People might start to believe them!

And pps will rise as soon as ntek delivers on these promises.
And ntek knows this!
But ntek wants cheap shares!
So expect to continue to see promises as above,
And expect them to continue to not be delivered as through all of 14,
So they can continue to accumulate cheap shares at our expense.

Disclaimer, these are my opinions based on what I've seen happen since I've been a shareowner in ntek. The promises nteks made are a matter of record. The non delivery of same are also a matter of record.

If you disagree, it is your own opinion however you came to see it. But i have only opined on what note has said they would do. And not done.

And i may have mentioned it above, but don't forget the np1 prototype wasn't delivered till march 14 approximately, yet late December 13 ntek was still promising it for christmas 13.

Sorry i don't remember all the other promises ntek made in the pps runup of 2013 to get pps to .17 as it turned out.
