Wow, another 4 weeks on the quiet period. Anybody know what math Al-Mufleh was using in the article?
A 40 day quiet period would have then started about Jan8th.
A 90 day period would have started Nov 17th.
it was my understanding that there was a 40 day quiet period that needed to commence before allowing the spinoff.
I am seeing something about a 30 day time frame where the company can't communicate before filing a registration statement?
Any help understanding this would be appreciated.
