David Hallin, either directly or indirectly, received monies from share sales via the same folks that the SEC has charged. Did you know that? Did David volunteer this information to the SEC and whomever else?
Can anyone here tell me EXACTLY how much money did David Hallin receive from those charged, and why?

Not true, David Hallin is the crook here and the SEC {and according to them} documents prove he's involved.
Seems "he" David Hallin figured it out, and I'm sure the SEC figured David Hallin out. David Hallin should turn himself in and work out restitution with the shareholders. Save himself the embarrassment of the handcuffs. A confession by David Hallin is in order.

He was duty bound to protect the shareholders. And he did what, forgo his duty? He's much much wore than anyone else. So he knew something and did nothing. That's constructive collusion.
