Dear Mr./Ms. Mrib god or whatever, After rea
Post# of 41413
After ready your lengthy post I have come to these conclusions:
1. You should not be investing in Baltia stock.
2. You have no concept of what it takes to create an airline from scratch.
3. You think people that start and run these companies should do it for free. Like all of us they need to bring home some bread to feed their families. Barry does well because he gets a percentage of the money he brings into the company and he deserves every penny he earns. Without his expertise and business contacts there would be no company. Most of the rest of management, including Igor, earn their salary but get paid mostly in shares of the company (they are not simply self-awarded as you suggest). If they were to get paid in cash we would not have an airplane or places of operation today.
4. You really don’t believe in Baltia, any OTC stock or your own ability to evaluate the potential of a company.
5. You don’t realize the strength and determination of Baltia’s founder even when you are aware that getting to this point in certification has been a 25 year struggle. Igor does not drive around in a fancy car or wear $2000 suits. His compensation has been primarily in shares, not cash.
6. Stock dilution is better than debt. When a company becomes successful the stock price will rise and that is what it’s all about. Dilution just means that instead of making 50 times your investment you may just make 20 times your investment. (20 X $25,000 = $500,000. ( $25,000 becomes ½ million smakeroose)_________ (still pretty good in my book when banks are paying less than 2%)____(almost like hitting the lottery)
7. When this airline is finally operational who knows what heights this (diluted) stock price can go?
8. If you want to sell your shares and run for the hills there are plenty of us that can take your shares off your hands
9. I hope that this finally helps you to understand why things are where they are today. If you are still not satisfied, I suggest that you get out and put your money in municipal bonds or in the bank. It’s obvious that you don’t see a bargain when it looks you right in the face.
